Privacy Policy

Constantine Films ("we", "us") is a wedding and commercial film and photography business based in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit constantinefilms.com or send us an inquiry, including through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you fill out an inquiry form on our website or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share, such as:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your wedding or event date, venue or city, and the services you're interested in
• Your planned budget, how you heard about us, and any message or details you include
• For business inquiries, your company name, project type and timeline

You can also reach us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive whatever you send.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, check our availability and send pricing or a proposal
• To plan and deliver your wedding or project if you book with us
• To keep basic business records

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered in that form with us. We use it only as described above. Meta's own handling of your information is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people find and use our site, for example which pages are visited, which site or ad campaign a visit came from, and whether an inquiry was sent. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. All data is aggregated, so it can't identify you.

Cookies and embedded videos

Our website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Our films are hosted on YouTube. The YouTube player only loads when you press play, and once it does, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.

Who helps us run things

We use a few trusted services to operate our business, and they handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Netlify hosts our website and receives website form submissions
• Our email provider delivers inquiries to us and carries our replies
• Meta delivers Facebook and Instagram lead form submissions

We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the length of your project and our normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing matthew@constantinefilms.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our website and services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date above.
